omg.after back injury now its ankle injury..fell sideways on my ankle yesterday.supergay.

woah 'fixed' my back after trng just now.feeling was dam great.the massuer(correct spelling?)practically cracked all my bones at my back..feeling was super great/light. this stupid back injury totally sucked..had it since nov last yr!1st few months almost cant sleep each day.geez.
just hope that this back injury wont come back... gay irritating.

hi peeper-s!xcountry this morning.and i didnt walk for the entire thing!and supposedly they are to give every competitive runners waterbottle instead they give the mass runners=.=.zzz but jorel gave me his=) the bottle frking nice..after run went JP eat subway with alvin jorel.almost burn my wallet..omg..slept awhile in the afternoon and went trng..regretted going.almost died for every set.
