nxt wk would be tapering woo!! or maybe tue... but still.. no more trainings=)!! got to train hard this wk.. last chance already..
btw my teacher submit the qualifying times for both my events... so now both my events are in lane 8.. wth.. lane 8 at the sides leh.. hate it so much=.=
all the ppl in my 100fr heat also put qualifying times.. so probably they fake it too.. haiz.. at least im not in heat 1..=0

intersch swimming is less than 1mth now.. got to start training hard.. at least i went hard on thur.. haha.. guess thats one of the few times i swam hard since NAG... hmph..

training this wk had been fun=).. with zhong hui n isaiah.. haha they like to argue with each other.. its funny to see them insulting each other lol.. u laugh till u cant swim..

hmk sort of completed.. but dunno topics didnt bother doing .. so nt considered completed.. need to start referring to old notes nxt wk.. haiz..
