oh man.. dunno whther to feel happy or not.. my 200fr go finals..JUST.. n i dunno y i actually went in.. lol i like vomited in the pool abit.. OMFG.. n last 15m couldnt take it in case i really vomited out everything so slowed down like hell .. zz.. still feeling abit unwell after the race.. dunno y.. man.. tmr thrs still a 100m race.. how to do it?? help me man.. gt phobia now.. dunno whether will be like today.. haiz.. this sux.. but still manage to do pb.. prev was 2.23 during training.. nvr swim 200m in real competition so this set the standard.. lol

finals for 200fr is on 10july which means is thur i think..
